Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Certain items (e.g., opened medical devices or sterile items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
